Focusing on high quality, innovative food concepts has been core to the dining strategy for Covent Garden. Capco has driven a transformation of the dining scene by bringing a host of destination restaurants to the estate, many of which were 'UK firsts'.
These include the only outpost of Keith McNally’s legendary New York restaurant Balthazar, SUSHISAMBA, Cora Pearl, Frenchie, Ave Mario and 3 Henrietta. Another successful addition to the estate is the highly rated independent seafood restaurant Oystermen offering oysters and seafood from the British Isles.
