Focusing on high quality and unique food concepts has been core to the dining strategy for Covent Garden. Capco has driven a transformation of the dining scene by bringing a host of destination restaurants to the estate, many of which were 'UK firsts'.
These include the only outpost of Keith McNally’s legendary New York restaurant Balthazar and the UK’s first Wahlburgers, the casual dining burger restaurant and bar. Another successful addition to the estate is the highly rated independent seafood restaurant The Oystermen offering oysters and seafood from the British Isles.
The dining scene continues to be further enhanced with recent openings from SUSHISAMBA, Mariage Freres, Petersham Nurseries, RedFarm, Avobar and Cora Pearl.
