Focusing on high quality and unique food concepts has been core to the dining strategy for Covent Garden. Capco has driven a transformation of the dining scene by bringing a host of destination restaurants to the estate, many of which were 'UK firsts'.
These include the only outpost of Keith McNally’s legendary New York restaurant Balthazar, SUSHISAMBA, Cora Pearl, Frenchie and RedFarm. Another successful addition to the estate is the highly rated independent seafood restaurant Oystermen offering oysters and seafood from the British Isles.
The dining scene continues to be further enhanced with recent openings from Dominique Ansel Treehouse and VyTA on the Piazza.
