This first phase of the Masterplan will offer the best of London - luxury retail, dining in the park, culture, leisure and services for the modern-day city-dweller.
Detailed proposals for the first phase of the Earls Court Masterplan were approved by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (LBHF) in April 2014.
These proposals will create a new district of squares beside the Lost River Park lined with restaurants and cafes and a new High Street that will connect North End Road in the west to Warwick Road in the east.
Working in collaboration with the best in British and international design, new homes will reflect the best of London's architecture. Two new sweeping crescents will be created with impressive town houses, elegant mansion buildings and garden squares to create a beautiful new residential neighbourhood with community, health and leisure facilities.
Detailed planning consent for West Brompton Village was recently granted by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. The consent will include a public square, a residential apartment building, townhouses and three retail units. Following detailed planning achieved for Earls Court Village last year, this brings the total area for which detailed consent has been achieved to over 17 acres.
