"Capco has already scored some spectacular coups in Covent Garden, notably the first outposts outside New York for Balthazar, Keith McNally's storied bistro, and next-level burger joint Shake Shack."

 Esquire, November 2014

One of the main objectives of Capco's placemaking strategy for Covent Garden has been to improve the dining offer in the area.

In 2014 LIMA Floral opened on Garrick Street offering contemporary Peruvian cuisine and The Ivy Market Grill launched on the corner of Henrietta Street with an all-day dining menu from breakfast until after theatre.

The only outpost of Keith McNally’s legendary New York restaurant Balthazar, the first Shake Shack in Europe and Danish-Japanese concept Sticks 'n' Sushi opened in 2013.

Other restaurants of note that Capco has brought to Covent Garden include Parisian patisserie Ladurée, Jamie Oliver’s British dining concept Jamie’s Union Jacks and cult burger joint MEATmarket.
