"Capco has already scored some spectacular coups in Covent Garden, notably the first outposts outside New York for Balthazar, Keith McNally's storied bistro, and next-level burger joint Shake Shack."

 Esquire, November 2014

Capco has spearheaded the transformation of Covent Garden's dining scene by welcoming a host of destination restaurants to the estate, many of which were 'UK firsts'. The only outpost of Keith McNally’s legendary New York restaurant Balthazar and the Balthazar Boulangerie, the first Shake Shack in Europe and Danish-Japanese concept Sticks 'n' Sushi opened in 2013.

In 2014 LIMA Floral opened on Garrick Street offering contemporary Peruvian cuisine and The Ivy Market Grill launched on the corner of Henrietta Street with an all-day dining menu from breakfast until after theatre.

In 2017, the dining scene will be further enhanced with the openings from SUSHISAMBA, Mariage Freres, Petersham Nurseries, RedFarm, VyTA and Buns & Buns.
